Our programs are selective, and include selling homesites to builders while retaining the responsibility of overseeing architectural details required in respective neighborhoods. We'll even go so far as to mandate certain technological improvements to each home so customers can enjoy and participate in community-wide intranets, not to mention high-speed internet and improved cable access.
